PILATES The Joseph Pilates’ method of Pilates is a low impact form of exercise designed to be an individualized, therapeutic approach to exercise. This method focuses on helping you to be in control of your body and your health. At LET’S MOVE PHYSICAL THERAPY you will learn the true form of Pilates from a licensed physical therapist that is certified as a Pilates instructor. Classes are kept to small numbers to provide individual assistance as needed. BENEFITS OF PILATES

CLASS SCHEDULE AND INFORMATION
Qtr 1: January, February, March * Classes are held two times per week: Mondays and Wednesdays
12:00 N to 12:45 PM * Each class will include 6-8
students. * New students interested in enrolling after a session has begun may be admitted at the beginning of the next month. ** However, the student must complete at least one (1) private session in order to ensure the new student has the basic skills needed to be on tract with the class
CLASS LEVELS
- Student introduction to the Joseph Pilates method of Pilates *Intermediate/Advanced: - Those students who are able to perform the 10 beginner movements with good control - Status as an advanced student will be determined by the instructor

Class tuition is $21.88 per class
Payment Options:
Three monthly installments $175.00 Due the 1st day of each month during the session
Two 6-week installments $250.00 Due on the 1st and 45th day of session $25 savings!
One payment at the beginning of each quarter $480.00 $45 savings!
* Payment is due at the beginning of each quarterly session. (see Class Schedule for dates) * Tuition is due prior to admission to your first class. * Tuition will be prorated for those students admitted once a session has begun. * 30 min. individual sessions $ 45.00 per session * Payments may be made with cash, check or credit/debit card.
* No
refunds are provided for missed classes EQUIPMENT *Please provide you own exercise mat and/or ball. Mats and balls maybe purchased at discount or sports equipment stores. for purchase from LET’S MOVE.
